Dhaba Style Dal Tadka

| Chopped onion | 1 med |
| Chopped tomatoes | 2 small |
| Green chilli | 4 chopped |
| Red chilli | 4-5 |
| Ginger garlic paste. | 3tsp |
| Kashmiri lal mirch | 2tsp |
| Garam Masala | 2tsp |
| Coriander powder. | 3tsp |
| Turmeric powder. | 1tsp |
| Salt | 1 ½tsp |
| Cumin seed. | 1tbs |
| Oil. | 1cup |
Preparation
- Take a pan, boiled water 1lit, once it boiled add dal in boiled water.
- Add salt and turmeric powder to the water. Keep the dal till it Cooked completely
- For tadka preparation, take a wok heat oil in it add cumin seed, red dry chilies, onion, tomatoes ginger garlic paste mix them well, and add water. Keep it for 5 minutes in a normal flame
- Once the tomatoes are cooked add coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, green chilies chopped, and Kashmiri lal mirch. Mix them well.
- Cook 3 minutes this tadka on medium flame.
- Once tadka is ready add dal to it. Mix them together and cook for 1 minute.
- Dhaba-style dal is ready.
- You can serve it with rice and pickle.

Tips
If you want to cook dal in just 10 minutes you can use a cooker. For quick making of dal, you can use boiled dal.
