I shared how to cook Dal/foodie's favorite Dal tadka  Recipe. I shared the complete method to cook dhaba style dal recipe. you can enjoy this as a side dish for your family at lunch and dinner. This quick & delicious dal fry you can make in just 10 minutes in a cooker.
Here are the ingredients of Dhaba style dal tadka - Inter Bio

 Ingredients

Name Requirements
Dal. 250gm
Chopped onion 1 med
Chopped tomatoes 2 small
Green chilli 4 chopped
Red chilli 4-5
Ginger garlic paste. 3tsp
Kashmiri lal mirch 2tsp
Garam Masala 2tsp
Coriander powder. 3tsp
Turmeric powder. 1tsp
Salt 1 ½tsp
Cumin seed. 1tbs
Oil. 1cup

Preparation

  1. Take a pan, boiled water 1lit, once it boiled add dal in boiled water.
  2. Add salt and turmeric powder to the water. Keep the dal till it Cooked completely
  3. For tadka preparation, take a wok heat oil in it add cumin seed, red dry chilies, onion, tomatoes ginger garlic paste mix them well, and add water. Keep it for 5 minutes in a normal flame 
  4. Once the tomatoes are cooked add coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, green chilies chopped, and Kashmiri lal mirch. Mix them well. 
  5. Cook 3 minutes this tadka on medium flame.
  6. Once tadka is ready add dal to it. Mix them together and cook for 1 minute. 
  7. Dhaba-style dal is ready. 
  8. You can serve it with rice and pickle.

Tips

If you want to cook dal in just 10 minutes you can use a cooker. For quick making of dal, you can use boiled dal.
