Ingredients

| Onion | 6( medium-sized sliced) |
| Ginger garlic paste | 5-6 tsp(1/2 cup) |
| Yogurt | ¾ cup |
| Coriander powder | 4tsp |
| Red chili powder | 2tsp |
| Turmeric Powder | ½ tsp |
| Salt | (as required) |
| Oil | 1 cup |
| Coriander leaves chopped | ( FOR WHOLE SPICES) |
| Red dry chilli | 6 |
| Bay leaves | 2 |
| Cinnamon Stick 2inches mace | ½ tsp |
| Carom seed | ½tsp |
| Clove | 5 |
| Black cardamom | 2 |
Preparation
- Wash mutton nicely.
- heat oil in a deep pan. Add whole spices and crackle them.
- Add Ginger garlic paste it and saute.
- Add onion slices. Cook them till they are soft.
- once onions are soft add washed mutton in it and mix properly.
- Add yogurt and mix well.
- Add salt and turmeric powder, mix them, and covered BHUNA GOSHT with a lid on medium flame till yogurt starts leaving the water.
- check whether the mutton is cooked or not. if the gosht is not proper cooked add some water and covered it.
- Once the mutton is cooked add red chili powder, garam masala, and coriander powder and mix together.
- Turn the flame a little high and fry bhuna gosht till the oil is leaving from the sides.
- Once the oil leaving turn off the flame add coriander leaves ginger chopped over it for garnished.
- Mutton bhuna gosht is ready. Served it with romali roti/naan and enjoy it in your lunch/dinner.

Tips
Mutton must be cutted medium sized. It's easy to cook. You can add garam masala at the end at the time of serving it will enhance your aroma.
